In the past with house sales, we’ve experienced agents who have lost sales and missed opportunities. It really burns to have to pay such a large amount of money to them after mistakes that costed ME money. So, I was glad to be able to be in control of the sale and as well, to meet the new owner in person and tell them all about the house myself…”
