“I did not get a single viewing from MLS. All the viewings were from posting on kijij and I found a tenant from kijiji instead. I found that perhaps the buyer’s agent found the low commission I was willing to pay and wouldn’t even bring clients to my unit, I am unwilling to pay half a month’s rent in commission to the buying agent and it feels like when listing on MLS, that is the way the system works to even get viewings. I am disappointed by this experience as no one visited my unit from listing on MLS.”
