Are There Extra Fees?
We don’t want you to incur extra fees, however there are additional costs for the following services:
$75 to cancel or suspend your listing prior to its expiry date
$35 for additional edits to your listing ( 2 FREE changes included )
$500 administration fee if you fail to report a successful sale or lease of your property within 24 hrs of acceptance by all parties.
All prices subject to 13% HST
What About The Paperwork?
We will need an Agreement in writing which is a contract for services provided by our Brokerage.

By purchasing any of these services you agree to complete and sign all necessary forms to be provided by us in addition to providing us a copy of your current year property tax bill. The Listing Brokerage will not post the Listing on the MLS® unless forms are completed correctly. Not intended to interfere with Sellers already under Agency contract. You are purchasing a marketing package to assist in the private sale or lease of your property or business which includes the forms package provided. This is a non-refundable purchase.
