This off-grid cabin has a full suite of propane appliances (stove, fridge, on-demand hot water) as well as backup propane lamps in each room. When electricity is needed there is a diesel generator providing plenty of power for lighting, additional appliances and to keep the 2 deep cell batteries powered up. Water is provided by the communal water system and the cabin has its own septic system. The headquarters bay development contains over 300 acres, a full-service marina with a fish cleaning station, ramp and dry storage for your boat. There is also a full-time caretaker who does regular inspections of all properties. Annual HOA fees are $2700 which covers taxes, water access, and maintenance of communal areas.
