Over the years I have renovated almost the entire inside and much of the outside: roof was completely redone last year, completely renovated the kitchen, changed all the flooring (bamboo hardwood flooring throughout most of the house corridors and bedrooms, Brazilian cherry wood flooring in the main level living and dining rooms, tiles in the kitchen and entry, and some carpeting in the lower level living/dining).

Above, at the top of the drive and across the semi-private shared access road, my property continues and there’s additional ample parking available there too so you won’t have any trouble parking. The beach itself is pebble (not sand) but the water is crystal clear and great to swim in. The beach house itself is a single large room with a kitchen and fridge (no sink) and cabinets. It’s a great place to hang out during the summers, BBQ outside, and eat on the covered beach house deck. It’s also a great place to spend the night if you want to hear the soothing sounds of the lake water and experience the silence of country living.
