Cancellation of Listing Agreement for an active MLS® Listing

As per our Listing Agreement, there is a $75 fee to cancel each MLS® listing prior to the expiry date of the Listing Agreement.
This Cancellation of Listing Agreement shall not take effect unless signed by all parties set out below and payment is submitted.
