If I recommend anything it is that you also spend a couple hundred and get a professional photographer to take proper photos because your cell phone just won’t capture small or odd spaces and proper lighting. I sold a 50 year old full duplex and I recommend you don’t do any costly renovations with a house like this as the buyers will have their own plans on what they are going to do with it.” Marc Courtenay, BC
