Compensation for a cooperating buyer’s representative is a
separate consideration from the listing fee. The amount, if any,
is determined by the seller or landlord and the applicable
transaction arrangements. Compensation can be negotiated and
should be clearly addressed in the applicable MLS® listing and
transaction documents.
