Are There Extra Fees?
We don’t want you to incur extra fees, however there are additional costs for the following services:
$75 to cancel or suspend your listing prior to the expiry date you choose.
$35 for additional edits to your listing ( 2 FREE changes included )
$500 administration fee if you fail to report a successful sale or lease of your property within 24 hrs of acceptance by all parties (with conditions or firm). A credit card authorization for this optional fee is included in our listing agreement. Please review by clicking the link below:

What About The Paperwork?
We will need an Agreement in writing which is a contract for services provided by our Brokerage.
We use the standard approved Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) forms to list your property on our Real Estate Board’s MLS® system. All clauses in the schedule below will supersede all pre-printed clauses in the standard form.

By purchasing any of these services you agree to complete and sign all necessary forms to be provided by us in addition to providing us a copy of your current year property tax bill and government issued photo id of all owners on title (or person with signing authority). The Listing Brokerage will not post the Listing on the MLS® unless forms are completed correctly. Not intended to interfere with Sellers already under Agency contract. You are purchasing a marketing package to assist in the private sale or lease of your property or business which includes the forms package provided. This is a non-refundable purchase.
Realty Toronto Inc. respects your privacy and we do not rent, sell, or lease your information to any third party. The details containing your electronic payment are securely transmitted from our hosted payment gateway provided by our credit card processor for the sole purpose of authorizing your transaction so that we may provide our goods and services to you, the client.
