-PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY- please provide supporting documentation you own/have the right to sell/lease the property
-Gov’t issued photo id of all owners on title or persons with signing authority
-PROPERTY OWNED BY THIRD PARTY -SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION INDICATING YOUR HAVE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE CORPORATION, i.e. Articles of Incorporation, etc
