Ontario Real Estate Commission Calculator
Estimate the costs of selling a home in Ontario. Enter your expected
sale price, listing fee, buyer-agent compensation and other selling
expenses to calculate your estimated total selling costs and net proceeds.
How the Calculator Works
The calculator adds your listing fee, buyer-agent compensation and
other entered costs to estimate your total selling costs. It then
subtracts those costs from your estimated sale price to calculate
your estimated net proceeds before any expenses you have not entered.
Calculation:
- Estimated total selling costs = listing fee + buyer-agent compensation + other costs.
- Estimated net proceeds = estimated sale price − estimated total selling costs.
