“I found Craigslist was very good for advertising to local people but you need Realtor.ca for out of town or out of province people who look from far away and that is about 40% of buyers.
If I recommend anything it is that you also spend a couple hundred and get a professional photographer to take proper photos because your cell phone just won’t capture small or odd spaces and proper lighting.
I sold a 50 year old full duplex and I recommend you don’t do any costly renovations with a house like this as the buyers will have their own plans on what they are going to do with it.”
