There are several companies offering Flat Fee MLS® Listing Services but they differ in many ways. Do your due diligence and compare pricing and what services they are providing and you will be able to make a better decision based on your individual needs.

ComFree Common Sense Network currently the largest flat-fee service brokerage is also one of the most expensive. Similar to Propertyguys.com, they require you to purchase a basic package first before you even have the option to purchase an MLS® listing. Their model is to perform more like a full service listing agent in processing phone calls and representing the seller in negotiations. Do your homework!
Property Guys is based in New Brunswick and the average cost of listing with Property Guys is well over $1000 although the price varies depending on how many services a client uses. Unlike Comfree they are not a licensed Real Estate Brokerage but are currently using My Move Realty to list their customers listings on MLS®. We know from personal experience having listed thousands of properties for their customers that this can create confusion for the customer as their franchise owner deals with the Propertyguys listing and their partner broker handles the MLS® listing.
Similar to Comfree, a minimum package must be purchased before you can add an MLS® listing for $400.
Beware the up-sell!
TheRealtyCommission.com offers an A La Carte menu of the same services at a fraction of the cost. You only pay for what you need, without any minimum package fees. An MLS® Listing on REALTOR.ca costs only $199 to list until sold or leased.
