“This is a very cost effective way to get listed on Realtor.ca. Much better price than some other similar services I found. I ended up accepting an offer from a client represented by a realtor. This realtor told me my listing wasn’t shown (in my location, Nelson, it was shown for Toronto) on some sort of internal view realtors use for their clients, and that’s why not as many people saw it. But it was shown in the right location on the map when people go on the actual realtor.ca website. I just hadn’t realized there were different views that some people use.
