If I recommend anything it is that you also spend a couple hundred and get a professional photographer to take proper photos because your cell phone just won’t capture small or odd spaces and proper lighting. The link was posted as per the instructed time and had no errors. One minor feedback I have is as follows: please indicate stepwise what the client needs to do and fill out ( i.e. all the forms (including the listing agreement and acknowledgement of reporting obligations and the information that is required from the client) should be presented upfront) before the client pays the cost of posting a listing.
