It was a good experience. The final pictures posted didn’t upload in the original order they were put in at. Not sure if it was something I did. My concern is whether realtors bring people to private sales.

“Although, I have never used therealtycommission before and was hesitant, Asher was comprehensive in answering all my difficult questions in a timely manner. The link was posted as per the instructed time and had no errors. One minor feedback I have is as follows: please indicate stepwise what the client needs to do and fill out ( i.e. all the forms (including the listing agreement and acknowledgement of reporting obligations and the information that is required from the client) should be presented upfront) before the client pays the cost of posting a listing. This step will greatly reduce the stress and worry afterwards.”

“This is a very cost effective way to get listed on Realtor.ca. Much better price than some other similar services I found. I ended up accepting an offer from a client represented by a realtor. This realtor told me my listing wasn’t shown (in my location, Nelson, it was shown for Toronto) on some sort of internal view realtors use for their clients, and that’s why not as many people saw it. But it was shown in the right location on the map when people go on the actual realtor.ca website. I just hadn’t realized there were different views that some people use. Anyway, it still worked for my needs and I got an offer within a week of my listing going live, so I am satisfied. Thank you.”
