“This worked very well for us. Cost was around $400 to market on Realtor.ca with the Toronto and London board (our local board) . We saved about $7200! In the past with house sales, we’ve experienced agents who have lost sales and missed opportunities. It really burns to have to pay such a large amount of money to them after mistakes that costed ME money. So, I was glad to be able to be in control of the sale and as well, to meet the new owner in person and tell them all about the house myself…”
