One minor feedback I have is as follows: please indicate stepwise what the client needs to do and fill out ( i.e. all the forms (including the listing agreement and acknowledgement of reporting obligations and the information that is required from the client) should be presented upfront) before the client pays the cost of posting a listing. This step will greatly reduce the stress and worry afterwards.”
