There are several companies offering Flat Fee MLS® Listing Services but they differ in many ways. Do your due diligence and compare pricing and what services they are providing and you will be able to make a better decision based on your individual needs.

Purplebricks.com (Formerly ComFree Common Sense Network) currently the largest flat-fee service brokerage is also one of the most expensive. Similar to Propertyguys.com, they require you to purchase a basic package first before you even have the option to purchase an MLS® listing. Their model is to perform more like a full service listing agent in processing phone calls and representing the seller in negotiations.
